2015 Cell Phone Plan Holiday Deals

I’ve been noticing a bunch of great deals being offered by various cell phone companies during the year end 2015 holiday season. Below is a list of the latest offers.

Sprint – Free 32 inch Samsung LED TV

Offer valid from Friday Dec. 18th – Thursday Dec. 24th

Sprint is offering a pretty big gift for new customers or those eligible for an upgrade who sign-up before Christmas Eve, December 24th, 2015 by giving away a free 32 inch Samsung LED TV with the purchase of a new Samsung smart phone.

You get the TV by buying one of their Samsung Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, S6 Edge+, or Note 5 phones. Once the phone arrives, customers can get their TV by following the instructions on the Samsung redemption page. Just be sure to save all your receipt and UPC code information.

This offer is in addition to Sprint’s regular on going promotion of slashing customer’s rate plans by 50% who switch from AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile; along with up to an additional $650 to cover the cost of switching.

T-Mobile – $100 Off Samsung Phones + 1 Year Free Netflix

As part of T-Mobile’s holiday assault on the other major carriers, they are offering a special deal for new customers of a $100 discount on a Samsung Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, S6 Edge+, or Note 5 phones in addition to a whole year of free Netflix.

The new offer rides on the coat tails of last weeks offer to entice customers of Verizon to switch by offering a free year subscription to Hulu. Both the Netflix and Hulu promotions are no surprise as it perfectly complements T-Mobile’s new Binge On service which lets T-Mobile customers stream video to their devices without incurring data charges.

The offer for the $100 off Samsung phones runs from December 18th through December 23rd, and the Free Netflix offer is valid until December 31st.

Cricket Wireless – $100 Credit + Holiday Phone Sales

Cricket announced that it will be offering $100 credit to new customers who switch to Cricket which can be combined with it’s regular holiday sales offerings.

As per usual Cricket’s smartphone sales page shows numerous discounts on a number of popular phones that come in the form of a mail-in rebate.

If you know of any other good holiday deals for cheap cell plans that are still ongoing please let me know in the comments below and I’ll be sure to add them to the list.

Happy Holidays Everyone 🙂

  1. Hi All-

I’m assuming this site is non-affiliated, so I’d like to report. After Straight Talk billed me $500+ for an entire year service WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION, I got mad. I was on Verizon Network (the only coverage in my area). And I was under-using my $33/month plan.

I discovered that PagePlus Cellular uses the Verizon Network. I’m 3 months into my new set-up: $80 for 2000 minutes-good for 365 days-that’s Verizon coverage for $6.60 a month. Works great. I also purchased a Skype number ($30/year) which will forward calls to my cell if I’m not at my computer. For a savings of almost $300/year. (and I ported my old number!)
